Founded on a commitment to support the constant evolution of financial advisor’s technology and back office efficiency with an open architecture model, AllBackoffice Consulting (ABC), is the leading open SAAS technology provider for the financial advisory marketplace.  AllBackoffice is seeking an experienced PortfolioCenter® expert based in Raleigh, NC with the opportunity for part-time or full time status.  A remote office location may be an option dependent upon the candidate and business conditions.   This position provides an opportunity for an experienced individual to utilize their expertise and knowledge of the PortfolioCenter along with general RIA back office operations while expanding their expertise of best of breed of technologies and proven wealth management practices in the RIA market. 

The ideal candidate will be committed to confidentiality of client data and will be responsible for PortfolioCenter and additional technology management and workflow. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support new client implementations in conjunction with our implementation team for ABC’s technology offerings from install to end user training.
  • Download, post and reconcile data on a daily basis
  • Coordinate with custodian/internal teams to resolve daily and one-off PortfolioCenter issues
  • Support AllBackoffice Technology Advisors during billing and performance reporting cycles to deliver fees and reports to clients
  • Support client needs related to PortfolioCenter requirements for appropriate solution recommendations. 
  • Provide services in compliance with client policies and procedures
  • Work with internal team to develop more efficient processes and consistent best practice policies

Qualifications:

  1. 2 or 4 year college degree (financial, accounting, math focus preferred)
  2. 2 + years experience working with PortfolioCenter
  3. Expert level of skill with internet based technology
  4. Exceptional organizational skills
  5. Must work well in a team environment and present a professional demeanor
  6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and math skills
  7. Standard MS server/desktop administration, MS Windows, MS Office, and web-based work knowledge.
  8. Must be flexible, reliable, trustworthy, and absolutely confidential with all matters.
